Support & Monitoring

Computer Support and Network Monitoring

Customers can benefit from our continuous computer support and network monitoring services. Our solution engineers and tools can help ensure maximum uptime for your network.

We offer three network and computer support tactics/services:

a. Server Maintenance Program
We provide network monitoring as a free service to all customers currently participating in our server maintenance program. The internal systems at NOCC will remotely monitor your network and servers to identify and resolve minor issues before they become critical business-impacting events. On a regularly recurring schedule, we test all core system functionalities, including backups and antivirus software, as well as update your servers with the most recent critical updates. In addition, we maintain an onsite copy of your network documentation and ensure it contains updated and current documentation.

b. 24/7 Helpdesk
Have a question or urgent problem? Our helpdesk operates to answer your IT questions whenever you need technical assistance. In the event of an emergency, and where the problem cannot be solved on call, our policy is to have an engineer onsite within four hours. Additionally, our customers can consult our Web-based helpdesk system to initiate the support process, use the system to check the status of existing requests, search the knowledge base for closed tickets. We are alerted via sms with all email support requests keeping us updated with all incidents.

c. Quarterly Network and Computer Support Analysis
Our senior solution architects will also meet with you on a quarterly basis to stay current on your organization’s business objectives and to ensure your company is up to speed on all available technologies. It’s the responsibility of our solution architects to present new solutions and ensure your organization is well-informed on emerging industry-specific technologies.
