Who we are
Founded in 2002, Network Operations and Consultancy Center (NOCC) sarl began as a concept for a full-service computer consulting company business. Its extensive variety of clients cover SMEs, each with a unique set of information technology and service requirements. NOCC caters clients in the Middle East, Gulf, Europe and North America in fields covering industrial companies, Law firms, architecture, telecommunication sectors, the press media, advertising agencies and international/local NGOs.

Although businesses usually know what they want to accomplish, implementation remains generally difficult. NOCC, which gradually adopted services and products to cater its clients, works today hand-in-hand with its partners; Web Miscellaneous (WebMisc.), Software Testing Services (STS) and Rocketseed. Together they combine technical expertise and creative thinking resulting in a synergy that enables clients to get where they want to be. They offer services and support in IT consulting, Networking and Software Development, Web Design and Hosting, Advertising Solutions, Software Testing and Quality Assurance Services and finally Email Branding Solutions.
